What time are the Public Tours?

Live availability of all tours can be found by clicking the Book Now button on any screen page. Find out immediately if we have inventory for today’s tour or a future tour.

What Breweries are we going to?

3 of the following: NOLA Brewery, Miel Taproom & BreweryUrban South Brewery, Port Orleans Brewing & Brieux Carré Brewing Co .

Can you drink on the bus?

Yes, if leaving a brewery and you’re not finished with your beer, simply pour into a plastic cup and bring onto the bus. You cannot bring six-packs or liquor onto the bus from your hotel or AirBnb pick-up. You can buy beer from the brewery and bring onto the bus but no consumption of the beer until the tour is over.

Where do you pick up our group?  

For private tours, we pick you up at the spot of your choice anywhere in New Orleans.

For public tours, please arrive 15 minutes prior to departure as our tour starts right on time. Most of our public tours start at our Head Quarters, 1129 Decatur St., but please be sure to double-check before booking online.

What’s the cancellation policy for Private Tours?

We understand emergencies or unexpected events may occur from time to time. We offer a tier-based cancellation policy.

Full refund amount (-15% processing fee) for any cancellations 2 weeks prior to Tour Start Date.

50% refund amount for any cancellations within 2 weeks up until 37 hours before Tour Start Time.

Within 36 hours, your Experience is ready to Let the Good Times Flow, and we cannot offer any refunds.

Is there a minimum number of people required to book a Private Tour? 

Our minimum is $850 for a Private Tour

How old do I have to be?  

You must be 21 years old with a valid state issued ID, driver’s license, or passport.  If you pay for a ticket and do not have an ID, you can be refused service without refund.

Are there any requirements before boarding the bus?   

Yes, everyone must agree to the Waiver (this is completed online before booking by accepting our terms & conditions) and show I.D. before boarding the bus.

What’s the cancellation policy for Public Tours?  

Public tours cancelled outside 48 hours before the tour date with full amount refunded minus 10% in processing fees.  Any no-shows or other cancellations will not be refunded.

Is there food at the Breweries?

NOLA Brewery has McClure’s BBQ inside the Brewery which is one of the best BBQ joints in the city. Port Orleans Brewing also has a full kitchen. Other Breweries have rotating food trucks on almost a daily basis.

Is there a bathroom on the bus?

No, please remember to use the bathroom before leaving the Breweries.

What’s the Brew Bus public tour minimum? 

Public tours require 2 people booked in order to run.

What’s the Walking Tour minimum? 

Walking tours require 4 people booked in order to run.
